William “Larry” Felts

Yorktown, Va. – William “Larry” Felts, a husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, passed away November 1, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his father Warren Scott Felts and his mother Janet Anderson Hugo. Larry is survived by his devoted wife and best friend of 41 years, Christine (Bryan) Felts and by his two sons, Colin (Catherine) of Chester, Virginia and Bennett (Lauren) of Grafton, Virginia. Four grandchildren, Asher, Hudson, Cate and Cassie will dearly miss their “Pa.” Larry bravely endured a multitude of health challenges for many years. The family wishes to thank the Pulmonary Transplant Team at the University of Virginia. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Larry was gifted a double lung transplant. They gave Larry life, hope, and three more quality years with his family.
A celebration of Larry’s life will be held at Amory Funeral Home in Grafton on Friday, November 11th at 4:00 pm. Family will be available for greeting friends immediately following the service.
