Sandra Flowers Dye

Sandra Flowers Dye (81) a lifelong resident of Seaford, VA was called home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2026.
Sandra’s greatest love in life was her husband of 61 years, Billy Dye and her family including three children Renie Martin (David), Lynn Shell (Jim) and Brian Dye (Jen), five grandchildren Travis Sink (Stephanie), Cody Dye, Joey Dye, Alex Shell and Kylie Shell and two great grandchildren River and Sawyer Sink. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Bruce and Alberta Flowers and her brother, David Flowers. She is survived by her sister Etta Jackson, her sister-in-law Sharon Flowers and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sandra was a devoted employee of Ferguson Corporation for 30+ years. She was also a member of Onawa Council, Degree of Pocahontas for 50 years actively serving at the local, state and national levels.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 2-4 PM at the Amory Funeral Home in Grafton. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at the funeral home at 1:30 PM. The burial will follow at Peninsula Memorial Gardens in Newport News, Virginia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice House of Williamsburg in her memory.
