Olivia “Libby” Barclay

Olivia “Libby” Barclay, 82, passed away Thursday July 20, 2023. She was born on July 23, 1940 in Williamsburg, VA to Alfred Vernon Belvin and Edna Marable Belvin. Libby is survived by her husband of 63 years, Tom Barclay. She is also survived by two sisters, Carolyn Hunt (Willard) of Yorktown, VA and Debbie Campbell of Tennessee and several nieces and nephews. At Libby’s request, there will be no service.
