Nancy Lee Moore

Gloucester, Va. – Nancy Lee Moore, 75, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021. Nancy was born in Kansas and a lifelong peninsula resident. She graduated from Warwick High School Class of 1962. Nancy and her late husband Ronald were owners of Ronnie’s Landscaping and Hauling until his retirement in 2008. She was a member of White Marsh Baptist Church and was attending Lebanon Christian Church. She was a member of the Red Hat ladies club and local Baptist Woman’s association.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Ronald Preston Moore and a sister Sue Ann Norris and a son-in- law Randy Hall. She is survived by her children, Cathie Harlan (Pete), Thomas Moore (Sandy), and Kelly Hall; brothers, Larry Cardwell (Marie) and Michael Cardwell and a sister Lois Graham (Ronald); 6 grandchildren, Emalee, Kyle, Mandee, Aaron, Tyler, and Gillian; and 6 great-grandchildren Lilly, Carter Grace, Logan, Vincent and Max; brother-in-law Richard Aubrey Moore, Jr. (Marcel).
The family will receive friends on Saturday March 20, 2021 from 12:00 to 1:00 in Amory Funeral Home masks are required and social distancing will be mandatory. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, a private service for the family will be held at 1:30 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow in Peninsula Memorial Park.
