Michael Anthony Collins, Jr.

Yorktown, Va. – Michael Anthony Collins, 38, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022. Michael was a native of Newport News and a former resident of Oakmont and Verona, Pennsylvania. He attended Warwick High School and was an avid animal lover of his dogs Pearl and Porter and was especially fond of white owls. Michael enjoyed drawing on handkerchief. Michael enjoyed cooking and served as chef and many restaurants and was last working at the Yorktown, Pub.
He is survived by his daughter Shelby R. Reed, his father Michael A. Collins, Sr. grandmother Patricia Seagle; cousins Courtney Davis, Melody Collins and his girl friend Krystle Duval and lifetime friend Ross Machon.
He was a preceded in death by his mother Constance Lynn Collins and his father grandfather Don Seagle.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday July 1, 2022 at Amory Funeral Home Chapel.
