Merritt E. Moore, Jr.

Yorktown, Va. – Merritt E. Moore, Jr., 88, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
Merritt was a native of Seaford and a lifelong resident of York County. He served in the United States Army and retired from the maintenance department with York County.
He was preceded in death by his wife Violet Green Moore.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday February 10, 2024 in Amory Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery.
