Yorktown, Va. – Mary Jo F. Smith, 84, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020. She was preceded in death by her first William R. Formichelli, II and her second husband Charles E. (Pete) Smith and is survived by her children, Sheryl Brinkman (William); William R Formichelli III; Jody Anderson (Jerry), 3 Grandchildren Brandon Cazares (Stephanie), Shane Cazares (Emily) and Dalton Anderson (Monica) and 9 Great Grandchildren Emma, Skylar, Eli, Van, Vayda, Elona, Delilah, Annabel, Aspen and her Brothers: Harry Pike; William Pike (Pam)
