Mark Alan Campbell

Yorktown, VA – Mark Alan Campbell, 67, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
Mark was born in Ohio to Lula Isabelle Campbell and Carlton Raphael Campbell. Mark was a graduate of Poquoson High School. He worked as a press operator at the Virginia Gazette, Daily Press, and Virginia Pilot and retired after 38 years. Mark loved to garden, read the newspaper, and spend time with family.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of almost 27 years Debbie Campbell and his children, Sara Allen (Gene) of Newport News, VA, Keith Campbell of Chesterfield, VA, Meagan Bibbins (Thomas) of Williamsburg, VA, and Katie Garrett (Hunter) of Seaford, VA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ella, Trevor, Tyler, Trent and Luke. He is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Campbell.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, July 14, 2025 at St. Luke’s United Method Church with interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Amory Funeral Home, Grafton, Va.
