Hampton, Va. – LNCS Stacey Renee Mincey, (US Navy) passed away Friday, October 18, 2019, at the age of 37. Stacey was the beloved mother of Iyana Burton, daughter of Margie Thomas, and sister of Barbara Rutledge, Brian Mincey, Michelle Walton, Marcus Mincey, Tracey Mincey, and Kimberly Thomas. A memorial service will be held at NOON on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Open Door Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, 105 E. Cummings Ave, Hampton.
