Linda Lucy Sweat Neel

Linda Lucy Sweat Neel passed away peacefully on Dec. 27 after a long struggle fighting her disease. Linda graduated from York High School and continued to work for school transportation for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents Bea and Fred Lucy, her husband Byron E Neel, and her grandson Trevor Dringenberg. Left on to carry her memory are her daughters Wendy Robbins and Sherry Sweat, her grandchildren Will and Samantha Maines Travis and Trenton Dringenberg, great granddaughter Emma and several friends and coworkers. A memorial service will be held on January 5 at Amory’s Funeral Home at 7pm. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to The Foundation for Alcohol Research.
