Kevin is survived by his wife Kimberly K. Hogge, son Travis L. Hogge, Brother Charles M. Hogge (wife Kathleen). He is predeceased by father Mercer V. Hogge, and mother Virginia E. Hogge.
A celebration of life will be held at Amory Funeral Home in Yorktown, VA Tuesday May 6, at 6pm
