Judith “Judy” Hodge Eagle

It is with great sadness that we are announcing the passing of our beloved mother, Judith “Judy” Hodge Eagle on Saturday, July 29th.
Judy was born July 18, 1938, in Waynesboro Va. She grew up in Williamsburg and lived most of her life in the Dare section of York County. Judy was an alumni of the 2nd graduating class of York High School. She and her late husband, Everette Eagle, were a big part of the community, most notably their work with the York County Lions Club and their membership and participation at Providence United Methodist Church.
If you knew “Miss Judy”, you would agree she was small in stature, but big in personality. If you walked in a store and Judy was there – you knew it, for sure.
Judy was predeceased by her loving husband, Everette Eagle, her mother, her father, her brother and many other family members and close friends.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Presson Lackey and her significant other, Randy Easton and her son, Kelly S. Presson.
Amory Funeral Home is in charge. At this time a celebration of her life will be planned for a later date.
