Joyce Ann Gaskill

Ms. Joyce Ann Gaskill, 68, daughter of the late Simon P., Sr., and Gladys Gaskill, was born on May 29, 1953, in Hampton, Virginia. She transitioned to her heavenly home on May 18, 2022, in Yorktown, Virginia.
Joyce was a 1972 graduate of Hampton High School, a Cosmetology graduate of The Virginia School of Hair Design and worked as a licensed beautician for 20 years.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Simon P. Gaskill, Jr. and Donald A. Gaskill. She leaves fond memories to be immensely cherished by her loving daughter, Kimberly N. Gaskill of Yorktown, Virginia; grandson, Dominique Gaskill (Sherice) of Hampton, Virginia; sisters, Gladys C. Baker (Darnell) of Hampton, Virginia; Shirley Patricia Holt (Willie) of Hephzibah, Georgia; Earlene White of Manhattan, New York; brothers, Nelson L. Gaskill (Addie) of Hampton, Virginia; George E. Gaskill of Norfolk, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends,
Viewings will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. at Amory Funeral Home, Yorktown, and at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 26.
Homegoing Service will be Thursday, May 26 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church
