Jo Elaine Owens Hoard

Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held on August 15, 2024 at Lebanon Christian Church at 10:00am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00am to honor Jo’s life. Burial will follow at Peninsula Memorial Park.
