Jane Marie Anderson

Williamsburg, Va. – Jane Marie Anderson, 76, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. She was born in Orange County Texas and grew up there and in Kannapolis, NC. She has lived in York County and Williamsburg area most of her adult life. She was the proud owner of J & J Fashions in Grafton back in the 80’s. More recently worked for Chick-fil-A in Williamsburg and as a School Bus Aid for James City County as well as cared for and walked Dogs for people. Everyone that met or knew her loved her!
She was a cheerful, kind hearted and “Awesome” Mother, Grandmother, Wife and Friend that had a unique sense of humor and will be missed greatly! She loved her Family and dogs more than life itself as well as the beach & traveling with Family and Friends.
Survived by spouse Jim Anderson, Children: Julie E Wade Slater (Doug), Jimmy Wade (Melissa), Jerry Wade, Barbara Anderson Steven, Ernie Anderson, MJ Anderson-Leichty (Cassie), Grand kids, Erinn, Kyle &, Kristyn Slater, Mikhail, Rasia & Katarina Nadjkovic, James Wade, Dakota Millikin, Chace Orr, Mckenzy Hudgins, Tavish Anderson-Leichty. She was preceded in death by Parents, Horace “Smitty” & Ruby Smith, Brother Robert “Bobby” Lee and Grandson Tyler James Wade.
The family will have a walk thru visitation on Monday from 5 to 7PM in Amory Funeral Home. A private funeral service will take place on Tuesday.
