James Larry Norton

Yorktown, Va. – James Larry Norton, 68, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. He was a native of Wilmington North Carolina and former resident of Norfolk and a Yorktown resident since 2000. He retired manager for Roses Department Store and former employee at Total Wine and with ABC Store on Yorktown Coast Guard Base and currently working for WAWA in Yorktown.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce and is survived by his children, Karen Quesenberry (Scott) and Keith Norton, a sister Patsy McPhatter Boellner and step children, Marshall Riordan, Kevin Riordan, Michelle Lightfoot, Karen Morris and Nancy Sahnow and 4 grandsons Aiden, Keon, Loginn and Keith Ayron.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2020 in Amory Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. For more information go to amoryfuneralhome.com
