Heather Jane Norris

Yorktown, Va. – Heather Jane Norris, 56, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022. Heather was a native of New Jersey and lived most of her life in York County. She graduated from York High School in 1984 and retired from 7-11 in 2021. Heather enjoyed spending time with family and friends she loved working on puzzles, gardening doing calligraphy writing, animal watching playing the Loto, telling stories and watching her children and grandchildren playing sports
She is survived by her husband of 32 years Clay B. Norris and her sons, Alan Norris (Krystal), Cody Norris (Ashley) and Preston Norris her mother Barbara Rich, a sister Holly Rich and four grandchildren, Breadon, Brodie, Ashton and Brooklynn She was preceded in death by her father Charles Rich.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in Amory Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM be in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
