Frances F. Barber

Frances Fogle Barber, 74 years of age passed away peacefully at her home on November 3, 2021 after a long illness lasting over a three-year period. Frances was born November 26, 1946 in Bethlehem, PA. and was a resident of Hampton, VA. For over 60 years. Frances was a retired administrative assistant at Atlantic Homes.
She is survived by her husband Carl Barber of 54 years of marriage, daughter Stephanie Serafini and son Marc Barber. Two grandchildren Grayson and Sophia Serafini, her sister-in-law Sharon Herold, niece Amanda Hartlely and nephews Ryan and Rick Fogle.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday November 9, 2021 at Amory Funeral Home located at 410 Grafton Drive, Grafton, VA. Phone # 757-8985722
There will be NO graveside attendance or ceremony at the cemetery and will be a closed casket at the memorial.
