Dr. Jessica A. Veeder

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jessica Veeder, beloved mother, wife, daughter, and sister, who passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the age of 45.
Jessica was a devoted mother to her two children, Rainier and Corbyn DiSanto, and a cherished wife to Michael DiSanto, her loving husband of 19 years. She was predeceased by her mother, Mary Ann Veeder; her grandparents, Edward and Rose Raymond, Harold M. and Pearl Veeder; and her beloved aunt, Carol Raymond. She is survived by her father, Bruce Veeder, and her siblings, Christin, Mark, and David, who will miss her dearly.
A dedicated pediatrician, Jessica made a lasting impact on the lives of her young patients and their families. Her gentle nature, compassion, and tireless commitment to her work touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica found joy in collecting antiques and treasured spending time with her family. Her love for life and family was evident in everything she did, from creating memorable family gatherings to exploring her passion for history and beauty in the antiques she collected.
Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Amory Funeral Home, Grafton, VA.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Cancer Society.
