Dorothea H. Penley

Newport News, Va. – Dorothea H. Penley was born August 31, 1951 and went to be with the Lord on August 19, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Eddie Penley. She leaves behind four children Janet Pryor (Todd), Ricky Roth (Shelia), Ryan Penley (Jenny), Rebekah Penley (Betsy). She was grandmother to five amazing children: Caleb, Eliana, Asher, Rowan and Parker. She also leaves behind four siblings: Robert Roth (Debbie), William Roth(Pam), Charles Roth(Connie),Eileen Clifton(Mike). She has a great number of nieces and nephews, adopted souls and cherished friends. Her love is her legacy.
A service is to be held Wednesday August 24, 2022 at 1 p.m.
