Donald M. Teel

Seaford, Va. Donald M. Teel 80 passed away peacefully at his home with his wife by his side Friday Aug 7, 2026.
Donnie retired from Apples Auto Parts after 53 years. Donnie took great pride in serving the customers and in the relationships he built.
He grew up in Williamsburg, Va. Until the age of 17 when he joined the Army and served 3 years, after leaving the Army he settled in Seaford, Va. Preceded in death his father Dreamer Teel, mother Edith Teel and brother Jimmy Teel. He is survived by his wife Diane White Teel of 61 years, son Donald L. Teel ( Bubba), daughter DeAnna L. Causey ( Dee), son n law Everette R. Causey Jr. (Rette). Grandchildren Leighanne Whitley, husband Tyler Whitley, Dustin Teel, Brooke McCormick husband Trevor McCormick, Macy Causey-Terry husband Keigan Terry, and is expecting first great grandchild due in February 2027.
The family will receive friends on Monday August 10, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in Amory Funeral Home. A funeral service will held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday in Zion United Methodist Church with burial to follow at 3:00 PM in Peninsula Memorial Park , Newport News, VA.
