DEBORAH ELIZABETH HERRMANN BARBOZA, 48, died Tuesday, 22 Feb 2022. She was born at the old Mary Immaculate Hospital in Hampton, Va. Her childhood was spent in Yorktown. She graduated from Tabb HS, attended George Mason College, and graduated from Christopher Newport University. She was a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church in Hagerstown, MD. She was preceded in death by her sister Sharon and her sister-in-law Jacquelyn. Beth/Elizabeth is survived by her mother Jeanne, her father Robert, her husband Joel, daughters Gwendolyn and Sophia, her brother Robert Jr., his wife Kristine, her sister-in-law Yelin, nephews Jack and Dyllan, nieces Tessa (her husband Justin and two children), Kenzie, Lexie, Giselle, and Saskya, her godmother Jeanne Midgett, Aunt Connie Herrmann, and Aunt Pam and Uncle Matt Sikowitz, and cousins Joseph Sikowitz, Megan Erb, Shayna Buckley, Paul and Gregory Herrmann, and Cynthia Landin.
She loved her family and friends and was loved in return. She graduated from Tabb High School, attended George Mason University and graduated from Christopher Newport University. She was an active member of her church and community in Hagerstown.
Her Celebration of Life service was held 27 Feb 2022 at the Highland View church in Hagerstown.
