Carol Wemple Reaves

Carol Wemple Reaves, 77, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023.
Carol was a native of Peoria, Illinois and a Yorktown resident for over 45 years. Carol enjoyed reading, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Gordon Reaves. She is survived by her twin sister Nancy Swords, sister Janet (Bill), Ruess and brother Bob Wemple. Carol has two daughters, Natalie Jean Hill and Jacqueline Renee Martin. She cherished her three grandchildren, Miranda (Justine) Blann, Samson Ellenburg, and Sarah Bullins. Visitation service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at Amory Funeral Home in Yorktown, VA.
