Billy Dwayne Robbins

Yorktown, Va. – Billy Dwayne Robbins, 51, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023.
Dwayne was a native and lifelong peninsula resident. He graduated from Tabb High School and worked for ILA International Longshoremen’s Association Local 1248.
He was preceded in death by a brother Eugene Robbins and is survived by his beloved parents Billy Guy Robbins and Veulah Merlene Robbins a sister Cynthia Dawn Robbins and a niece Brianna Colleen Caldwell and nephew Michael Anthony McGinnis, aunts Shirley Hammett and Velma Sue Smith and numerous cousins.
