Mikl Henry Williams

Mikl left us way too soon and passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026.He leaves behind his loving mother, Mitzi Williams; his loving father, Tommy Williams; loving step-mother Jeannie Williams, loving grandfather, Tom Williams, Sr.; loving Aunt, Sandy Fenwick; loving step-brothers, Stephen Ray, Wayne Ray; and the wide circle of those who loved and cared for him most including extended family, friends, work colleagues, college students, and members of his online gaming community that kept his skills sharp, the computer lights flashing, and the mysteries of refined gaming going for so many happy years.
Mikl will be remembered as being kind-hearted, hard-working, and forever willing to help anyone. For the last five years, he served as a Computer Support Technician at the County of York, Virginia; he also served as a Learning Resources IT team member supporting student success for many prior years for Thomas Nelson Community College.
Mikl never said a negative word about anyone, he looked for the best in everyone and lived his life with hope for a brighter, more peaceful world for all. His kind soul will live on in our hearts, and even though we will no longer be able to give him a hug, we will have his memory to carry forward with hope that we will all adopt a measure of his kindness in order that every life we touch will then be better for having had Mikl with us.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday March 14, 2026, at: Amory Funeral Home, 410 Grafton Drive, Yorktown, VA 23692, at 10:30 a.m.
