William “Bill” Earl Richmond

Bill was an active member of St. Timothy’s Anglican Church as long as his health would allow. A celebration of life will be at St. Timothy’s (962 Poquoson Avenue, Poquoson) at 2:00 on Monday, February 9th. A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA
