Neal Francis Clark

Neal Francis Clark departed this life on October 25th, 2025. Born on May 31st, 1963, Neal was an Army veteran who touched the lives of many with kindness and his ready sense of humor.
After graduating from Tabb High in 1981, Neal joined the Army and served in airborne and artillery positions throughout the United States and in Europe. Upon leaving the Army, Neal worked at various construction and retail jobs until attending Johnson and Wales University to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts. From there, Neal worked managing several restaurants, including BoJangles and Cracker Barrel.
Neal is survived by his wife Donna L. (Duggins) Clark, stepsons Phillip Copeland and Logan Copeland, his mother Mary Agnes (Mathews) Clark, and all 5 siblings – Beverley Tate, David Clark, Lynne Sims, Wayne Clark, and Brian Clark. Neal was preceded in death by his father, Alven Mason Clark.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on November 15th at St Kateri Tekakwitha located at 3800 Big Bethel Rd in York County. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Neal’s memory and share stories of friendship and experiences.
Though Neal is no longer with us, the impact of his life will endure. May Neal rest in peace, forever remembered and cherished.
