A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Amory Funeral Home in Yorktown, Virginia. The funeral service will follow on Thursday, October 16, at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Yorktown. Frank’s life was defined by service, love, and integrity. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the honor of knowing him
