Heather Marie Bell

Heather Marie Bell, born in Virginia Beach December 12, 1986, Heather Marie Bell died on September 20, 2025, at the age of 38.
She was the daughter of Ed and Paula Bell and resided in Yorktown, Virginia. Heather’s parents, brother, Corey Bell, sister, Jamie Goodridge, nephew Caleb Bell, sister-in-law Joanna Wolfe Bell and a host of special relatives and friends remain to cherish her memory.
Her time at Meredith college was one of the highlights of her life. She studied Mass Communications and graduated in 2009 having made friends and memories that she would treasure always.
Heather loved any time she could be by the water: boating or enjoying Myrtle Beach with her Mom on vacation. But perhaps most of all she loved taking Disney trips to Florida with her whole family, especially with her nephew Caleb whom she adored.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jane Bosta and her maternal grandfather, Paul Bosta. In addition, by her paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Bell and her paternal grandfather, Alton Bell. While we deeply grieve her loss, we take comfort knowing she is reunited with them in the presence of the Lord.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11:00am – 1:00pm. at Amory Funeral Home in Yorktown, Virginia.
A Celebration of Heather’s life will be held Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 3:00pm at Crossroads Community Church in Yorktown, Virginia.
A reception will immediately follow at Seaford Baptist Church in Seaford, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers please adopt a cat from your local ASPCA or Humane Society. If you can’t do that, please donate to Cat’s Cradle of Greater Richmond, Virginia that rescues and adopts out domestic cats in need.
