Brooke Nicole Bristow

Brooke Nicole Bristow, 34, of Yorktown, VA, passed away from this life suddenly on Friday, October 28, 2022 and is now in the presence of the Lord.
She was born in 1988 in Williamsburg, VA. Brooke was a 2006 graduate of Grafton High School. Brooke was a loving mother and leaves three precious children: Layla, 11 and her father Brandon Francis, and Wyatt, 6, and Mason, 4, and their father Robert Hanna. Brooke is also survived by her mother and stepfather, Diana and Tracy Spencer of Hayes; father Robert Bristow of Palm Bay, FL, and brother Mitchell Bristow of Yorktown. She is also survived by her grandparents Pete and Joan Johnston of Newport News and Margaret Burt of Albany, GA. Brooke was part of a large family and leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved her dearly.
Brooke had a big heart, a kind soul, a free-spirited mindset and she was loved by many. She loved to go places but was never in a hurry and could always be counted on to be late! She had a favorite quote and guiding principle she lived by in her final days: “There is always a blessing in disguise in every situation. Something far greater always comes out of moments that test us. Keep going. Keep rising. Keep believing”. May her memory live in all our hearts forever.
A private family memorial service to celebrate Brooke’s life will be planned.
