Samuel Williamson Swayne

Samuel Williamson Swayne of West Chester, Pennsylvania passed away on February 9, 2021. He was 90 years old.
Born in Delaware, Sam was the son of Shirley Swayne and Laura Williamson Swayne.
Sam was very active in his community through his service to the Tall Cedars of Lebanon: Main Line Forest 153, with the Free & Accepted Mason of Pennsylvania Kennett Lodge No. 475 and with Longwood Fire Company.
Sam was the beloved husband of Pearl Swayne, father of Sandra Leib (Dwayne), Sharon Collins (Randy) and Susan Nickle (Garth); grandfather of Melissa Leib, Diana Leib, Brandon Leib, Brayden Collins, Samantha Nickle and Sean Nickle.
A viewing will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM with a funeral service to begin at 2:00PM at the Longwood Funeral Home & Cremation of Matthew Genereux, 913 East Baltimore Pike, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Burial will follow in Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery.
