Above all, Sam loved his family. Sam is survived by his loving wife, Debora; parents, James and Fowler; three sisters, Alyse, Anne and Charlotte; brother in law, Jordan; and his two adorable nieces; Mary Catherine and Emmerson, as well as his step-children Dana and Shane.
Bubba married the love of his life in November. He had a gregarious and one of a kind personality. Part of his life’s mission was to make other people happy. He was an expert at lifting people’s spirits and making people smile. His compassion for all living things was especially expressed in his love for his dogs. He and his wife were living out a happy life on their farm in Toano with their three dogs. All in all, Sam considered himself to be a lover of his family, a lover of the military and a lover of dogs. Anyone who knew Bubba was blessed to do so.
