Charles ‘Chuck’ Martin Teagle

Charles ‘Chuck’ Martin Teagle, 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Chuck was a native and lifelong Seaford resident. He graduated from York High School in 1974 and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. He was the former music director with the York High Radio Station, WYCS and was active with the York Seaford Youth Football program as field manager, game announcer, and playing the role of “Spike”.
He was preceded in death by his parents George Kenneth Teagle, Sr, and Mary Lou Teagle and a brother, George Kenneth Teagle, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Beatrice T. Scearce of Norfolk and sister-in-law, Nellie Teagle; niece, Suzanne Williamson and nephews, Bryant Teagle, Mark Shields and Steve Rowe and great nephews, Kyle, Chad, Brock and Dylan.
The family will receive friends on Sunday March 11, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday March 12, 2018 in Zion United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
